I went to the doctor yesterday. I haven’t been to the doctor in Ballan before so I had to do the whole medical history thing and fill in a million forms.
Then I waited to be called for my appointment.
At the Ballan medical centre not only do they bulk bill (yay), but they give you something to knit while you wait! I’m serious, after you let the receptionist know you have arrived, they offer you needles and yarn in case you’d like to whip up a square for one of their charity blankets.
I don’t like being sick and going to the doctor, but now I know that I am and I forget my knitting there will be yarn and needles waiting for me.
Now that is what you call catering for your clients! Great idea. I hope you are feeling better soon.
Wow that sounds like a great doctor’s surgery. Maybe they should think of that in Melton!
